Circle Heart Racing LLC is beginning 2025 with much anticipation and excitement. They are please to announce another year with Parella Motorsports Holdings (PMH) providing logistics solutions and more.

PMH is the largest grass roots motorsports organization in North America owning Sportscar Vintage Racing Association (SVRA), Trans Am, PSSA, F4 & Formula Regional America. SpeedTour Events will host some of the best of road course racing at iconic tracks across the US. See the schedule listed below.

CHR will provide logistical support including set up, hospitality, registration, podium, customer service, transportation and more. This will be our 5th consecutive year with this great organization and especially their wonderful staff.

Michele Rigdon - New Owner of

Circle Heart Racing, LLC

Circle Heart Racing has changed a lot since their inception in 2003. They have been and still are heavily involved in help disadvantaged local children. CHR scope of operation has continued to grow from on track racing into full racing logistics and hospitality company. This is where the new owner and CEO, Michele Rigdon come into the equation.

She brings new life into the company with a unique approach to provide crucial services to race teams and organizations across the country. She has vast experience in customer service and transportation logistics. Her attention to detail is unsurpassed and is successful in each and every venture.

“My plan is to grow the company one event at a time” says Michele, “And especially to grow Santa’s Toy Run fundraiser and toy drive with a goal to help thousands of children every year at Christmas”. Her husband, Ron Rigdon is her rock and by her side every step of the way. He brings lots of experience to the table for Michele to take Circle Heart Racing, LLC to the next level.

Please help us help these organization in December 2025 with the 18th annual Santa’s Toy Run. Sponsorships and donations needed. These organization counts on our support to help provide toys for kids at Christmas and without our continued support, many children would not have any gifts for Christmas.
